The data processing remains legal until receipt of the revocation. If you object, we will no longer process your data. Unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims (objection under article 21, paragraph 1 GDPR). The same applies in the event that your data is used for direct marketing through processing or profiling.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity. Demographic Characteristics when using Google Analytics

This website uses the ‘demographic characteristics’ function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visit data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as shown in point 4.

Google Ads and Google Conversion-Tracking

This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited (‘Google’), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

In the context of using Google Ads, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the website of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted to use conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on your Ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify the user. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to its use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. In this case, you will not be included in the conversion statistics.

The storage of ‘conversion cookies’ and the use of this tracking tool are based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 lit (see above). The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (ex. Consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 lit (see above), the consent can be revoked at any time.

For Google Ads and Google conversion tracking, see Google’s privacy policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for all cases in general, as well as activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of the website concerned may be incomplete.

Google DoubleClick

This website uses functions of Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereafter only ‘DoubleClick’).

DoubleClick is used to display interest-based advertisements to you throughout the Google advertising network. These advertisements can be targeted to the interests of the respective viewer with the help of DoubleClick. For example, our advertisements may be displayed in Google search results or in advertising banners associated with DoubleClick.

In order to present users with interest-based advertising, DoubleClick must be able to recognize the respective user. For this purpose, a cookie is stored in the user’s browser, behind which the websites visited by the user, clicks and various information are stored. This information is combined into a pseudonym user profile in order to display interest-based advertising to the relevant viewer.

Google DoubleClick is used in the interest of personalized advertising measures. This constitutes a legitimate interests within the meaning of the already cited Article 6, Paragraph 1 lit. if a corresponding consent was requested, the processing is based exclusively on this article. The consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that it no longer stores cookies. However, this may cause a disruption to the overall website function. In addition, it should be noted that DoubleClick may also use other technologies to create user profiles. Turning off cookies does not represent a guarantee that user profiles will not be created.

For more information on how to object to the advertisements displayed by Google, please refer to the following links:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated

6. Plugins and Tools

Google Web Fonts

The site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to the Google server does not take place.

You can find more information under the following link:
https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq
and in Google’s privacy policy (see above under: Google Ads and Conversion Tracking).

Google Maps (with Consent)

The website uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (‘Google’), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is initially deactivated when you first enter this website. A direct connection to Google’s servers is only established when you independently activate Google Maps (consent according to Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit). This prevents your data from being forwarded to Google the first time you enter the website.
Google Maps will store your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission after the activation of Google Maps.

More information about the handling of user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy:
https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Google RECAPTCHA

Google reCaptcha (hereafter only ‘reCaptcha’) is used on this page. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (‘Google’), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCaptcha is to verify whether the data entry on this website (ex. In the contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCaptcha analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCaptcha evaluates various information (ex. IP Address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). This data is forwarded to Google.

The reCaptcha analyses run completely in the background. The website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on the source already cited multiple times (Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit). The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website offerings from abusive automated spying and SPAM.

Further information can be found in the already mentioned Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use:
http://policies.google.com/terms?hl=de

7. E-commerce and Payment Providers

Personal data is only collected, processed and used to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content or adjustment of the legal relationship (inventory data). The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
